Your Speaker Portfolio Page

The Pro+ portfolio at fanflet.com/{your-link}. Bio, social links, featured fanflets, and a portfolio-level subscribe form.

What the portfolio is

Your Speaker Portfolio is a personal landing page at fanflet.com/your-link. One URL, every published fanflet, your bio, your photo, your social links, and a single subscribe form. Use it as the home base you give out when someone asks where to find your work.

Each event-specific fanflet still lives at its own URL. The portfolio is the index above them. Visitors land on the portfolio, browse your presentations, pick the one they want, and follow the link into the full resource page.

Plan requirement

Pro+ feature

The Speaker Portfolio is included on Pro and Studio plans. Free accounts get individual fanflet pages but no portfolio landing page. Upgrade in Settings → Billing to turn it on.

Turning the portfolio on

The portfolio is off by default. Flip it on once and it stays on.

1

Open Settings → Landing Page

From the dashboard, go to Settings, then the Landing Page tab.

2

Toggle Enable Portfolio

Switch on the Enable portfolio control. Your page goes live at fanflet.com/your-link right away.

3

Customize the headline and tagline

The headline defaults to your name. The tagline defaults to your bio. Override either one if you want a sharper hook for the landing hero.

Toggle it back off any time. The page returns a 404 until you re-enable it.

Profile photo, bio, and event blurbs

Three fields drive the hero section at the top of the page:

  • Profile photo. A round portrait at the top of the page. Upload a square image at least 400 by 400 pixels for a clean result on retina screens.
  • Display name. Pulled from your account name unless you set a custom headline in Landing Page settings.
  • Bio or tagline. A one or two sentence pitch under the name. Keep it tight. Visitors are skimming.

Below the hero, each fanflet card shows the event name, event date, short description, and the resource count. Set those fields when you create the fanflet and they flow into the portfolio automatically.

Social links

Fanflet supports 14 social platforms in your portfolio header:

  • LinkedIn
  • X (Twitter)
  • Instagram
  • YouTube
  • TikTok
  • Facebook
  • Reddit
  • Pinterest
  • Threads
  • Mastodon
  • GitHub
  • Website
  • Email
  • Custom URL

Add an account by picking the platform and typing your handle. Fanflet builds the full URL for you. Paste a full URL instead and the editor extracts the handle automatically. LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Reddit support multiple URL shapes (personal profile, company page, channel, subreddit), so the editor shows a small dropdown for picking the right shape.

Auto-handle detection

Paste a link like https://www.linkedin.com/in/yourname and Fanflet pulls out @yourname for the icon caption. The icon links straight to the full URL. The caption stays human-readable.

Drag to reorder social icons

The order you set in Settings → Social Accounts is the order they render on the portfolio. Grab the drag handle on the left edge of any row and drop it where you want. Save. The portfolio reflects the new order on next page load.

Lead with the platform where you want followers most. LinkedIn first for B2B speakers. Instagram or YouTube first for creators. Email last, since visitors who want email get a richer subscribe option further down the page.

Choosing which fanflets appear

Every published fanflet is eligible. You decide which ones show up. Open any fanflet, go to its Settings tab, and look for Show on portfolio. Toggle off to hide it.

Hidden fanflets stay live at their own URL. They are still scannable from the QR code on your slide. They simply do not appear in the portfolio grid. Use this for private client engagements, internal training sessions, or any talk you do not want in your public showcase.

Two extra filters in Landing Page settings

The Max items setting caps the grid at the N most recent talks. The Max age setting hides anything older than the cutoff. Both default to off (show everything).

The portfolio subscribe form

A subscribe card sits below the hero on every portfolio page. The headline defaults to Stay connected with [first name]. Set a custom CTA in Landing Page settings if you want a different hook.

When someone subscribes here, Fanflet creates a speaker-level subscriber, not a fanflet-specific one. The record links to your speaker account with no fanflet attached. These followers get notified whenever you publish a new fanflet, not only the one they happened to scan.

Existing subscribers get a friendly "you are already subscribed" message instead of a duplicate. The form fires an email signup event to your analytics so you see portfolio conversions in the dashboard.

Featured resources

Pin specific resources to your portfolio so they surface above the fanflet grid. Open any resource block in your editor and toggle Feature on portfolio. Featured resources render in their own section with the original fanflet listed underneath each item, so visitors see the source context.

Turn the section on or off in Landing Page settings with the Featured resources toggle. Use this for evergreen downloads (your signature ebook, a calculator, a checklist) you want everyone to see no matter which talk brought them in.

The free Fanflet footer

A small attribution footer sits at the bottom of every portfolio page with a Get your free Fanflet button. Anyone who clicks through and signs up is tagged with you as the referring speaker. It is a quiet way to share Fanflet with peers who notice your setup at conferences and ask how you did it.

Sharing your portfolio URL

Your portfolio URL is short, brandable, and stable. Drop it anywhere you would otherwise list a personal site:

  • Your speaker bureau profile bio
  • Conference handouts and program notes
  • Your email signature under the closing line
  • The link in your X, LinkedIn, or Instagram bio
  • Business cards as a single QR-friendly URL
  • Your real personal site, as a "see all my talks" page

Public link history is automatic

Change your public link later and Fanflet keeps a redirect from the old one. Old links keep working. The new URL becomes canonical.
