Getting Started for Sponsors

Set up your sponsor account, connect with speakers, and start generating leads.

Create Your Sponsor Account

1

Sign up as a sponsor

Go to fanflet.com/sponsor/signup and create your sponsor account with your company email and password.

2

Confirm your email

Check your inbox for a confirmation link. Click it to verify your email and activate your sponsor account.

3

Land on your sponsor dashboard

After confirming, you'll arrive at your sponsor dashboard—your command center for managing connections, resources, and leads.

Complete Your Onboarding

1

Set your company name

Enter your company name as you'd like it to appear to speakers and their audiences.

2

Upload your logo

Upload your company logo. It will appear on sponsor blocks within fanflets and on your sponsor profile. You can crop and adjust after uploading.

3

Choose your slug

Pick a URL-friendly slug for your sponsor profile (e.g., fanflet.com/sponsors/your-company).

4

Set your speaker label

Choose how speakers refer to your connected presenters (e.g., “Speakers,” “Presenters,” or “Advocates”). This label appears throughout the sponsor dashboard.

Setup checklist

Your dashboard includes a setup checklist that tracks your onboarding progress. Complete each item to get the most out of your sponsor account.

Your Sponsor Dashboard

The sponsor dashboard gives you a real-time view of your sponsorship performance:

  • Leads— email signups attributed to your sponsored content.
  • Connections— active speaker partnerships and pending requests.
  • Resource Clicks— engagement with your sponsored resources across all connected speakers.
  • Content Performance— how your resources are performing in individual fanflets.

How Connections Work

1

Speakers browse sponsors

Speakers can discover your company through the sponsor directory on their dashboard. A compelling logo, name, and resource library help you stand out.

2

A speaker sends a connection request

When a speaker wants to feature your resources, they send you a connection request. You'll see it under Connections in your sidebar.

3

You accept the request

Review the speaker's profile and accept or decline the request. Once accepted, the connection is active.

What an active connection enables

Once a connection is active, the speaker can add your resources as sponsor blocks in their fanflets. Every email signup on a fanflet featuring your content is attributed to you as a lead.
