Share Fanflet Stats

Generate a secure, time-limited link to your fanflet's performance stats and share it without giving dashboard access.

When a talk goes well, the numbers prove it. Share Fanflet Stats lets you generate a secure, read-only link to your fanflet’s performance data and send it to a sponsor, prospect, or event organizer, without giving them access to your dashboard or your subscriber list.

Plan availability

Creating share links requires a Studio plan. Recipients can open the report link from any device with no Fanflet account required.

How to open the share dialog

1

Go to your Analytics dashboard

2

Open the per-fanflet drill-down

Click the fanflet you want to share from the per-fanflet list.

3

Click Share stats

Click Share stats in the drill-down header. The Share this Fanflet’s stats dialog opens.

Creating a share link

Inside the dialog:

1

Choose an expiry window

Under Link expires after, choose how long the link stays active: 7 days, 30 days (the default), or 90 days.

2

Optionally enter a recipient email

If you enter an address, Fanflet emails that person the report link directly. They receive your name, headshot, and event date alongside the link, plus a branded footer with a CTA back to Fanflet. The email is a one-off delivery. It is not a mailing list and recipients have no unsubscribe step.

If you leave the field blank, Fanflet creates the link and you copy and share it yourself through any channel you choose.

3

Click Create share link

The link appears in the Active links list with a copy button and an expiry date.

Managing active links

The Active links section in the dialog lists every active share for that fanflet. Each row shows:

  • The recipient address (if you entered one) or the report URL
  • The expiry date

From each row you can:

  • Copy the link again using the copy icon.
  • Revoke the link using the trash icon. The link stops working immediately after you revoke it.

Expired links are not shown in the active list.

What the recipient sees

The recipient opens your link and lands on a public report page with no login required. The page header shows your name, headshot, and the event date so the recipient knows exactly whose numbers they are looking at. A View the Fanflet link in the header lets them preview the fanflet itself. Clicks on that link use preview mode and do not count as tracked traffic.

The page shows your fanflet’s lifetime aggregate performance:

MetricDescription
Unique VisitorsThe number of distinct visitors who opened the fanflet
Page ViewsTotal page views across all visits
Resource ClicksTotal clicks on resources in the fanflet
SubscribersThe number of people who subscribed through this fanflet
Conversion RateSubscribers as a percentage of unique visitors

Below the KPIs, the page lists your Top Resources with click counts and a type badge (Link, File, Sponsor, or Text) for each one.

Subscriber privacy

The report shows aggregate numbers only. Your subscribers’ names and email addresses never appear on the report.

The footer shows the expiry date of the link. Once the link expires or you revoke it, the recipient sees an expired-report message instead.

Link security

Each share link uses a unique, randomly generated token. The token is the only authorization credential. No login is required and no role is checked. That means:

  • Anyone who has the link can view the report until it expires or you revoke it.
  • Share only with people you trust to have the data.
  • If a link reaches unintended recipients, revoke it immediately from the Active links list.

Links expire automatically at the end of the period you chose when you created them.
