Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay only the prorated difference for the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period so you keep the features you already paid for. Change plans from your dashboard settings without contacting support.

What happens after the 30-day free trial ends?

At the end of the trial, your account moves to the plan you selected at signup. We email you five days before the trial ends with the date and amount. If you decide not to continue, downgrade to Free from your dashboard and you keep all your Fanflets and resources at the Free tier limits.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard settings at any time. Your paid features stay active through the end of the billing period you already paid for. We do not charge cancellation fees and we do not require you to talk to anyone to cancel.

Do sponsors pay separately, or is it included in my plan?

Sponsor billing is separate from speaker billing. A sponsor connects to your speaker account and pays their own Pro or Studio subscription for the features they need. As a speaker, you never pay extra to accept sponsor connections or to use sponsor-funded features on your Fanflets.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes. Annual billing is about 14 to 15 percent cheaper than monthly. Pro is $299 per year (about $24.92 per month, save $49) and Studio is $499 per year (about $41.58 per month, save $89). The discount appears automatically when you choose annual at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We process all payments through Stripe. Stripe accepts credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and most international payment methods. We never store your payment details on our own servers.
